To close out 2024 on a high note, Venezuelan singer-songwriter Santander is releasing his first EP as an artist, consisting of six songs with which he aims to continue winning over audiences.

At just 23 years old, the singer-songwriter has had major collaborations with artists such as Diego Torres, Enrique Iglesias, Mau y Ricky, Alejandro Sanz, Danny Ocean, among others.

“It’s a dream come true to have been able to work with so many artists; I never imagined it, and I’m so happy to be part of their musical story, and to have them be part of mine as well”, he explains.

Alongside his career as a songwriter, Santander has continued to carve out his own path in music as a singer.

“This EP is truly one of the projects I’m most proud of. I made it in stages, and it has been in the works for more than a year; I cooked up each song little by little. I worked on it with so many songwriters and producers who, after seeing my work, believed in me as an artist. Each song is a reason why you can’t sleep, and I can’t wait for people to hear it.”, the Venezuelan says excitedly.

HIS EXPERIENCE AT THE LATIN GRAMMYS

The Venezuelan artist is also celebrating his participation as a songwriter on a Latin Grammy-winning album with Fonseca, in the “Best Tropical Album” category, for “Tropicalia”. With the same talent and gift for writing lyrics, the performer also earned another nomination, in the “Best Alternative Song” category, alongside Colombian singer Goyo.

“Being nominated at the 2024 Latin Grammys is absolutely surreal for me, because I arrived in the United States in 2021, and to be among so many artists I’ve admired my whole life, and now have the opportunity to share this moment with them, is like being in a movie. I’m very grateful,” says Santander.

Currently, Santander continues to work as a songwriter alongside his project as a singer, with more music ahead in his career and always with the vision of taking his career to new horizons.
